  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your massage appointment. If it’s your first massage at Synergy there will be a consent form to fill out.
  • If you have been participating in sport or using the gym facilities prior to you massage treatment, as a courtesy, please shower.
-How do I find Synergy Massage?
Synergy Massage is located in the High Country Fitness complex behind Nuggets Crossing in the heart of Jindabyne.
-The massage clinic is within a fitness centre, will it be noisy?
The treatment room is wonderfully sound proofed, so it’s quiet, ambient and warm. You will have complete privacy and we pride ourselves in comfort and cleanliness.
-Do I need a doctors referral for remedial massage or pregnancy massage?
Generally no doctors referrals are required. There are, however, some contraindications or circumstances when massage may not be an ideal form of therapy. Before your massage you are required to complete a questionnaire and disclose any medical or health issues to your therapist. If there is a medical issue that is adverse to massage then a Doctor’s clearance will be required. Massage while pregnant is usually very beneficial to both mother and baby, providing there have been no complications at any stage through the pregnancy or previous pregnancies. If you have any concerns its best to have a talk to the massage therapist at the time of booking.

-Can I claim a health fund rebate?
Health funds rebates can be claimed via HICAPS or a manual receipt.
